In every B2B business, I saw the same thing.

THE REALITY

I fell into the same trap

I was selling our services, but struggled to get others to articulate the value the same way I did. I had grown the business to just shy of 8 figures, but try as I might, I could not scale sales beyond myself.

On reading into it I discovered it’s a phenomenon called The Founder’s Trap, where the value of a business is trapped inside the founder.

This makes scaling sales almost impossible. And without solving it, you can never truly scale your business, sell your business, sor stand out in a crowded market. Stress only increases, because sales is the lifeblood of any business. No sales No sales, no business. It becomes a pressure cooker.
