Project overview

Las Palmeras brings two holiday residences together on a prominent coastal site overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The design uses the natural changes in level to establish privacy between the homes, while allowing each residence to experience the scale, energy and atmosphere of the exposed setting.

Description Title

Precise concrete volumes rise from robust stone bases that appear anchored to the rocky outcrop.

Inside, expansive living spaces extend across terraces towards the coastline, while sculptural staircases and carefully placed openings turn movement through each residence into a layered architectural experience.
