Every meaningful project begins with a conversation. We look forward to exploring what’s possible together.
Project overview
Designed on a compact site in Bantry Bay, the residence explores how architecture can create a greater sense of space than its physical boundaries suggest.
Generous volumes, disappearing glass doors and continuous material finishes connect the kitchen, living areas, garden and pool terraces, allowing the home to unfold as one expansive living environment.
The four-level home responds to changing light, weather and patterns of daily life. Landscaped courtyards bring greenery deep into the interior, while sheltered terraces can be opened or enclosed as the seasons change.
Supported by off-grid water and power systems, House Bantry balances sculptural expression and technical intelligence with a deeply personal understanding of how its occupants want to live.
